The things people ask before they say yes.
Do you just re-edit the content I already have?
No. The pictures or video you have are only where we start. The finished creative is new work, made by us around your products and services. You never run out of content for us to work with, because we’re not working from your old posts.
What do I need to send?
A few pictures or videos of your product, space or service. Partner access to your Instagram and Facebook pages through Meta Business Suite, never your password. And about 30 minutes for a kickoff conversation.
What happens in month one?
Your Launch Month. In week one we review your brand and how you currently show up, and build your content plan. Throughout the month we create and post your content. At the end we deliver your promotional film, made once we know your brand.
How is the plan priced?
To the work, not to a package. Tell us what you sell and what you need handled, and we come back with a scoped monthly plan. You’re invoiced at the start of each month, and work begins once the month is paid.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month, with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Everything we made for you is yours to keep, always. There’s no refund, and nothing to lock you in: if you don’t see the value, simply don’t continue.
Do you run my ads?
We create ready-to-run ads for Instagram, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp. You keep control of your ad account and budget; we make what goes in it. Ad spend is never included.
Do you use AI to make the work?
Yes. AI is part of our toolkit, the same way editing software and colour grading are. Your products, your brand and your direction shape everything, and every piece is art-directed and reviewed by us before it reaches you. AI assists the craft; it doesn’t replace it.
Who am I working with?
The two of us. We lead every project personally. No account managers, no middle layer.
